He asked relevant questions He gave me an update due April 2020 which I never had, and explained that in simple terms. Dr Walter was prompt sending me further information about numerous subjects as he treated me for several items. I found him professional precise prompt and very personable. I always had Dr L. now retired and thought he was a very good Doctor, but Dr Walter seems superb in my limited number of dealings: I cannot praise him highly enough.

My medication review with Dr Walter was my most thorough yet and I was hugely impressed by his care and detail. Straight after my consultation, I was sent very helpful text messages containing links to relevant articles after he gave me advice that I have never received before. He made alternative suggestions and discussed some interesting studies. I finished the call feeling enlightened, listened to and greatly helped. I would highly recommend him.

My first time dealing with Dr Walter and completely baffled by his attitude. Had a telephone appointment and from the first moment he was aggressive, rude and didn’t let me speak or was willing to listen to me. Ended with him hanging up on me when I asked to speak to reception regarding his attitude. Thankfully I was able to speak to one of the other GP’s who was brilliant. Will be ensuring I never have to speak to Dr Walter again at the surgery.
